Cookery goes interactive on BBC One TV Program The Good Cook with QR codes. BBC just made a step forward with implementing QR code to make remembering of recipes more convenient for viewers. Now you can throw away notepads and stop recording cooking shows you like, you just need to have smartphone with QR reader app installed. Just scan the code you see on your TV screen and you are headed to BBC’s mobile site where you get all ingredients and procedure while following the directions given by the chef-host.

Farin Piu QR Code use for recipes
Farin Piu, the Italian cereal foods, use QR codes on their packaging to lead you to delicious recipes. If you don’t know how to cook it you can get suggestion for recipes from starters to deserts. Chef Fabrizio Mantovani, a poplular Chef from the Italian version of “Ready Steady Cook” or “La Prova del Cuoco” and he has created 12 original recipes for the products. Producer wanted consumers to have their recipes from the moment of buying the food, so they put a QR code directly on the package.

Scan the QR code to view the recipes, but you have to know Italian.
